Job Responsibilities: Manage financial reporting for construction projects, including tracking expenses and ensuring accurate budget allocation Develop and implement budget forecasting strategies to optimize project financial performance and ensure cost efficiency Analyze financial data to identify cost management opportunities and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures Assist in risk management by evaluating potential financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively Conduct audits to ensure financial compliance with regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate financial records Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and project performance Additional Job Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or construction accounting software Company Information: Broker Evergreen Real Estate Services LLC, located in the heart of Chicago, IL, is dedicated to improving lives through the development, acquisition, and best-in-class management of affordable and market-rate residential communities. Salary: The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
