A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Total Rewards to lead
comprehensive compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement global total rewards strategies aligned with
business objectives
Oversee compensation management and benefits administration to
ensure competitiveness and compliance
Lead communication efforts regarding total rewards programs and
manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in HR, focusing on total rewards,
compensation, and benefits
Proven leadership experience managing global total rewards
programs
Strong knowledge of compensation structures and employee benefits
administration
Expertise in data analysis and financial modeling for compensation
and benefits plans
