you!Primary ResponsibilitiesPOSITION PURPOSE:The Revenue Analytics
Manager will work closely with the Executive Director (EXD) Revenue
Analytics and Technology to help drive profitable revenue growth at
KeHE. Drawing from experience developing BI strategies, building
and improving BI dashboards, and unlocking insights, the Revenue
Analytics Manager will help expand KeHE's suite of revenue
reporting dashboards and maintain and monitor dashboards to
proactively provide impactful, data-driven insights, analysis, and
actionable recommendations. As with all positions at KeHE

KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.Essential FunctionsDUTIES, TASKS
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Revenue and Commercial stakeholders to understand
data and reporting needs, define KPIs that will best predict
business performance, and design new reports and dashboards that
drive actionable business insights and improve performance.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical
specifications, executable using business intelligence tools, and
establish achievable timelines.
- Switch hats between technical (data engineers), statistics
(data scientists), and business (revenue operations), driving
effective communication to quickly build dashboards to drive
revenue and profitability results.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests, using data visualizations
to present insights in a clear, precise manner.
- Manage a team of consultants or analysts to build new or refine
existing dashboards and data models.
- Extract data through SQL, develop reports and queries from
various databases (Power BI, AWS Redshift, SQL Server, Mainframe,
Planning Systems, etc.), and summarize insights to assist in
decision-making for all levels within the Revenue
organization.
- Partnering with IT and the cross-functional KeHE BI developer
community, become an expert in KeHE's data structures and flows,
ensuring a robust foundation for revenue data management,
reporting, and process improvement.
- Develop intuitive, professional dashboards that are visually
appealing and user-friendly (UX/UI experience).
- Regularly evaluate dashboards to identify actionable insights
for improved business performance. Proactively share insights with
business leaders.Perform ad-hoc analytics in response to specific
requests from leadership or stakeholders, using charts, graphs, and
written communication to clearly articulate business
opportunities.Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional
Skills, AptitudeSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Strong technical and analytical background, with experience
analyzing and translating data into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate
complex data findings clearly and effectively to non-technical
stakeholders.
- Experience building data-rich visuals, dashboards, and
scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, writing
DAX expressions, and implementing row-level security.
- Experience with SQL, Python, AWS, Azure, Big Data, Cloud
Computing, etc.
- Professional presentation skills and the ability to design
advanced visual presentations.
- Highly credible, trustworthy, and collaborative, with the
ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive
information.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, interactive environment with
strong attention to detail.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Revenue, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue analytics, management, or
equivalent field.
- Experience managing a team preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
