Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager
to design operational processes and systems workflows that enhance
customer success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to optimize
efficiency and revenue growth
Develop and execute strategic programs integrating automation to
boost customer retention
Lead enterprise-wide customer success transformation initiatives
and partner with various teams to identify operational
challenges
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Operations at a
SaaS company
Proficiency with customer success tools and technologies (e.g.,
Gainsight or ChurnZero)
Experience in data analysis and reporting in Salesforce and data
visualization tools (e.g., Looker and Tableau)
Strong business acumen to translate business challenges into
detailed requirements
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced,
constantly changing environment
