As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will be responsible for
guidance, documentation and metrics related to the practices
surrounding the management and implementation of projects within
the organization.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management,
or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
Proven experience in project management, with at least 10 years in
a PMO or similar role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile,
Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and
problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with project portfolio management concepts and
techniques.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and
accuracy.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters,
plans, schedules, and reports.
Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify
opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align
project objectives with business goals and strategic
initiatives.
