Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: NICU Job Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Full
Time, 3 shifts per week Experience: Must have 2 years of recent
acute care experience in NICU License: Must have IL License in hand
upon submission Certifications: COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine
required (Medical/Religious exemptions only) Must-Have: Ability to
work every other weekend Job Description: - Resource must be able
to work every other weekend. - This is a mandatory float facility.
All resources are required to float at the facility's discretion. -
No holiday requests or requested time off (RTO) the day before or
after a holiday. - Floating may require up to 50 miles of travel.
Notification may be given 2 hours before the shift. - Team-based
model will be used if floated outside of primary competency. -
Maximum of 5 days of RTO, with no more than 2 consecutive days. RTO
is not permitted the day prior, after a holiday, or on
weekends.
