Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide
legal counsel and support in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on contracts, litigation, and data privacy
law issues
Negotiate and manage client and vendor contracting processes
Collaborate with the legal team and business units to develop
innovative solutions to legal challenges
Required Qualifications
Degree from an ABA accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state, preferably Colorado
5+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law
2+ years of experience in privacy law preferred
Experience with technology and high-growth companies
