Job Summary: Are you a night owl with a keen eye for detail? We're on the lookout for a dynamic 3rd Shift Quality Inspector to join our evening team. In this role, you'll be the vigilant guardian of quality, ensuring our products meet the highest standards as they move through various stages of production. Your mission: to spot imperfections, analyze data, and uphold our reputation for excellence-all while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect with Precision: Conduct thorough inspections of both finished and in-process goods to confirm they meet our high-quality standards. If something's off, you'll make the call to rework or reject as necessary.
• Gage Guru: Master the use of gaging instruments to measure and verify the quality of our products. Your technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining our standards.
• First Piece Approval: Perform initial inspections to ensure new items meet our quality control requirements before they hit full production.
• Data Dynamo: Record and analyze statistical data with accuracy. Your insights will help us spot trends, validate standards, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Protocol Pro: Assist in drafting and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists. Your input will help shape our quality practices.
• Audit Ace: Carry out regular audits to make sure we're consistently hitting our quality marks.
• Issue Escalator: Identify and escalate quality issues when necessary, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
• Documentation Detective: Complete all documentation with precision, keeping accurate records of inspections and findings.
• 5S Champion: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our 5S standards to support a productive and safe work environment.
• Safety First: Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures, ensuring a secure work environment for everyone.What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in a quality inspection role or similar, with a solid understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques.
  • Skills: Ability to interpret work instructions, follow both written and verbal directions, and communicate effectively. Basic mathematical and computer skills are a must, along with intermediate proficiency with gaging instruments.
