Join us and getyour career moving!Canadian National Railway Company (CN) is looking for a highly motivated person to fulfill a full-time (40h/week) Intern, Law position in Homewood, IL from May- Aug 2025.Job SummaryThe Intern, Law works closely with the Legal department to assist in providing the highest quality, cost effective and pro-active legal services to CN to protect and promote the organization's people, business, and reputation. During the internship, the candidate works with leaders within the company on key projects.Major Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memos
• Help prepare for and attend hearings with Counsel
• Review contracts
• Assist with the preparation of department communications (e.g., gather subjects, help with the drafting and revision of the texts)
• Assist Counsel on various projectsRequirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of legal search databases (CanLii, Bloomberg Law, Lexis, and Nexus)
  • Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English, French)*
