Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide

neurodegenerative diseases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient engagement through calls, scheduling, and telehealth
communication
Collect and document clinical and demographic data in electronic
health record systems
Coordinate care and administrative tasks while adhering to HIPAA
guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in patient engagement, scheduling, and care
coordination
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Google
applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work
setting
Comfortable working with medical terminology and adhering to HIPAA
guidelines
