Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sleep Solutions Guide II to provide
advanced customer support and mentorship in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide escalated support for complex customer inquiries regarding
Home Sleep Tests and Durable Medical Equipment
Mentor Level 1 Customer Service Representatives and collaborate
with the Tier 3 team for issue resolution
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate
documentation for customer records
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer customer service
role
Proficiency in helpdesk software such as Zendesk or FreshDesk
Track record of success in remote roles for over a year
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a
plus
Fluency in additional languages is advantageous but not
required
