Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to
manage the Purchase Order process for distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end PO process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless
partner transactions
Monitor and analyze order fulfillment, proposing process
improvements to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partner operations, procurement, supply
chain, or finance, preferably in a technology company
Strong understanding of purchase order workflows, invoicing, and
financial reconciliation
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM
tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and
reporting
