Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner to join their remote
team.
Key Responsibilities
Search and examine public records to determine a property's title
status
Review documents affecting property title, including mortgages and
deeds
Make insurability decisions based on title insurance guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years in the title insurance business
Strong understanding of the general title process and related
documentation
Experience with County Government websites and title-related
software
Good research skills and understanding of legal terms affecting
real property
