Job Description:

A company is looking for a Construction Loan Originator.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert consumer direct and portfolio retention leads into mortgage applications
Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers and determine the best loan product based on their financial situation
Assist borrowers with loan applications and ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

Possess a valid NMLS license and are licensed to originate loans in at least one state
Have at least 2 years of experience in construction origination
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrate an understanding of mortgage products and lending criteria
Know federal and state mortgage regulations and company policies
