Fixed Income Operations Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Fixed Income Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee fixed income pre and post-trade settlement operations including trade exceptions and position transfers
Project manage corporate actions and maintain communication with traders on elections and liabilities
Perform reconciliations and collaborate with the Fund Accounting Team to ensure accurate documentation of activities

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of finance experience, preferably in a fixed-income or middle office role
Ability to work from 7 AM PST
Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel
Experience with enterprise-level accounting software and process automation
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
