IT Technician--- Tier 2:Technical Support & TroubleshootingProvide
escalated support for complex technical issuesDiagnose and resolve
hardware, software, and network issues Support Active Directory,
Office 365, VPNs, and cloud-based services.Network & System
AdministrationAdministration of network devices, firewalls,
switches, and access points.Maintain IT documentation, including
network and system configurations.Client & Vendor CoordinationAct
as an escalation point for Tier 1 techniciansCommunicate
effectively with clients to ensure excellent customer
service.Continuous Improvement & DocumentationKeep IT documentation
updated, including articles for troubleshootingIdentify recurring
issues and recommend long-term solutionsStay up to date with
industry trends, certifications, and emerging
technologiesProfessional Expectations for the IT Technician--- Tier
