Job Description:

A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative to provide care and support to members and partners regarding retirement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Responds to incoming calls from investment professionals and members, addressing various inquiries related to products and services
Interprets changes to products and educates customers on tax implications and benefits associated with plans
Maintains documentation of interactions to enhance member relationships and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in finance or related field preferred
Must pass Series 6, Series 63, and SIE exams within the first 120 days of employment
One year of experience in customer service or sales-related roles
Knowledge of insurance products and relevant state and local laws
Licenses such as ChFC or CLU are desirable; additional licenses may be required based on product assignments
